Job summary

DMD Systems Recovery LLC is seeking a dynamic Enterprise Data Centre Business Development Director to drive growth with data center operators, cloud providers, and infrastructure firms.

The role focuses on net-new logos, complex six- and seven-figure ITAD deals, and strategic account planning. You will partner with executives and cross-functional teams to position DMD as the secure, sustainable, and financially compelling ITAD partner.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Experience leading six- and seven-figure deals with enterprise clients.
• Knowledge of IT hardware and ITAD processes.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• CRM software and MS Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential enterprise ITAD clients.
• Develop and close six- to seven-figure ITAD opportunities.
• Build relationships across data centers, cloud providers, and infrastructure firms.
• Create proposals, RFP responses, and contracts.
• Collaborate with operations, logistics, and technical teams to ensure delivery.
• Meet sales quotas and forecasting.
