Job summary

DMD Systems Recovery LLC is seeking an Enterprise Data Centre Business Development Director to drive strategic growth with enterprise data centers, colocation providers, cloud service providers, and infrastructure organizations.

This hunter role targets net-new logos and six- to seven-figure ITAD and data center lifecycle opportunities, partnering with executives, operations, and partners to close strategic, multi-year engagements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B ITAD sales experience.
• Experience leading six- and seven-figure deals.
• Proven revenue targets with Fortune 1000/5000 clients.
• Knowledge of IT hardware and ITAD processes.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with CRM and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target enterprise data centers and related clients.
• Develop account strategies for net-new logos.
• Lead complex RFPs and multi-year contracts.
• Collaborate with operations, logistics, and tech teams.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas and forecast results.
• Maintain accurate client records.
