DMD Systems Recovery LLC is seeking a dynamic Enterprise Data Centre Business Development Director to drive growth across enterprise data centers, colocation providers, and cloud service providers. This hunter role targets net-new logos and large-scale ITAD opportunities with six- to seven-figure value, reporting to a Sales Director.

Success requires building executive-level partnerships, navigating long sales cycles, and delivering competitive, data-security driven ITAD solutions.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of B2B sales experience in ITAD or related tech.
• Leadership of complex six- and seven-figure deals.
• Track record of exceeding revenue targets with Fortune 1000/5000 clients.
• Knowledge of IT hardware, data security, and e-waste regulations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• CRM proficiency and MS Excel.

• Identify and target potential clients for ITAD services.
• Develop relationships across enterprise data centers, colocation providers, cloud providers.
• Manage client relationships and ensure exceptional service throughout ITAD process.
• Create and present customized proposals, RFP responses, and contracts.
• Monitor market trends and stay ahead of competitors.
