Bain & Company seeks a senior data architect leader to shape enterprise data strategy and architecture across multi-cloud environments. You will design scalable, secure data platforms, set governance for a modern Data Office, and guide large, multi-year transformations.

The role emphasizes collaboration with senior stakeholders and delivery of AI-enabled data solutions. You will mentor teams, influence executives, and help drive Bain’s data modernization, data products, and responsible data use

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data architecture and technology leadership.
• Enterprise data strategy, target architectures, and roadmaps.
• Experience leading large-scale multi-year data transformations.
• Delivery across data engineering, feature engineering, ML pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead data architecture strategy and roadmaps aligned with transformation outcomes.
• Architect scalable, secure data platforms across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Define operating models for a modern Data Office with governance.
• Develop as-is/to-be architectures and migration options for transformations.
• Define data sharing standards across APIs and data pipelines.
• Mentor architects and client teams to deliver secure, scalable platforms.
• Collaborate with leaders to integrate architecture into AI/Cloud initiatives.
