Job summary

Bain & Company seeks a senior data architect leader to shape enterprise data strategy and architecture across multi-cloud environments. You will design scalable, secure data platforms, set governance for a modern Data Office, and guide large, multi-year transformations.

The role emphasizes collaboration with senior stakeholders and delivery of AI-enabled data solutions. You will mentor teams, influence executives, and help drive Bain’s data modernization, data products, and responsible data use

Qualifications

10+ years in data architecture and technology leadership.
Enterprise data strategy, target architectures, and roadmaps.
Experience leading large-scale multi-year data transformations.
Delivery across data engineering, feature engineering, ML pipelines.

Responsibilities

Lead data architecture strategy and roadmaps aligned with transformation outcomes.
Architect scalable, secure data platforms across cloud and hybrid environments.
Define operating models for a modern Data Office with governance.
Develop as-is/to-be architectures and migration options for transformations.
Define data sharing standards across APIs and data pipelines.
Mentor architects and client teams to deliver secure, scalable platforms.
Collaborate with leaders to integrate architecture into AI/Cloud initiatives.
