You will lead a senior team, partner with governance and security functions, and drive AI-enabled data initiatives across regions. The role demands 10-15+ years in data architecture, strong leadership, and the ability to translate business strategy into scalable data solutions.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years in enterprise data architecture and engineering.
• Ability to define and deliver multi-year roadmaps for data platforms.
• Deep expertise in data modeling across complex domains.
• Experience leading architecture and data modeling orgs.
• Experience directing distributed engineering teams and partners.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive standard adoption.
• Visionary strategist translating business goals into data architecture.
• Hybrid role requiring in-office presence (1 day/week) at Bain home office.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision and multi-year roadmap for enterprise data architecture and platforms.
• Own target-state architecture and governance standards.
• Lead architecture decisions balancing speed, cost, risk and flexibility.
• Provide senior technical leadership to internal teams and partners.
• Partner with governance, security, privacy, and legal to embed controls.
• Align leaders across functions, reducing fragmentation and promoting reuse.
• Identify opportunities to apply data/AI and integrate capabillities.
• Advise leaders on architecture decisions and strategic trade-offs.
