The role leads a team across data modeling, platforms, and governance, partnering with business leaders to deliver scalable, secure data foundations for analytics and AI initiatives. The position requires deep experience in data architecture, strong leadership, and a track record of delivering multi-year roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise data architecture and engineering.
• Proven track record delivering multi-year data platform roadmaps with scalable, governed platforms.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead high-impact initiatives without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision and multi-year roadmap for the firm’s enterprise data architecture and platforms.
• Own target-state architecture and governance, ensuring security and scalability.
• Lead senior data architects and foster talent development within the function.
• Collaborate with data governance, security, privacy, legal, and technology leaders to embed standards.
• Drive adoption of enterprise data standards across regions and functions.
• Identify high-value AI/data opportunities and integrate agentic use cases.
