Job summary

AND Digital Limited is seeking a Solution Director – Data & AI to lead the growth of its Data & AI practice in the US. Reporting to the US CTO, you will define go-to-market strategy, design AI solutions, and guide delivery across clients in financial services, travel, and beyond.

You’ll oversee architecture, partner with AWS and Snowflake, mentor engineers, and build a high-performing team across geographies while delivering measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10 to 15 years in technology or consulting, with 6+ years in Data and AI delivery.
• Strong technical background in AWS, Snowflake, and other modern data platforms.
• Excellent communication and storytelling ability with engineers and executives.
• Experience leading enterprise AI or data programs for large or mid-market clients.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients: act as trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders and build relationships.
• Shape solutions: translate business needs into Data & AI solutions and guide delivery.
• Technical & Delivery Oversight: AI architecture, tech delivery governance, and KPI alignment.
• Drive growth: identify opportunities, partner with clients and AWS to co-sell and co-market.
