Job summary

Hitachi Digital Services seeks a Data Solution Lead to drive growth in North America by delivering enterprise data and AI solutions. You will architect end-to-end AI-powered platforms on AWS, Azure, and GCP, lead large-scale data modernization, and guide presales efforts across multiple client accounts.

You will build thought leadership using Snowflake, Databricks, and Fabric, while managing data governance, security, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/IS/Engineering.
• 12+ years in Data Engineering, Analytics, AI, or Enterprise Architecture.
• Proven track record in enterprise consulting, solution architecture, and presales leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth across the North America region by delivering data/AI solutions.
• Design and architect end-to-end AI-powered data platforms on cloud hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Lead enterprise solutioning for data modernization, analytics, and AI transformation programs.
• Drive RFP/RFI responses as a Data & AI leader and collaborate on SAP-based data platforms.
• Influence stakeholders and work with cross-functional teams to align solutions.
• Conduct client workshops, architecture reviews, and executive presentations as needed.
