Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a cybersecurity services sales leader to drive nationwide advisory and compliance offerings. You will operate at the intersection of private enterprises and government agencies, guiding executives toward proactive safety and security outcomes.

Responsibilities include hitting quotas, pursuing new logos, and shaping security solutions while collaborating with delivery teams and partners to win future business. Travel up to 25–50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 8+ years in sales, account management, engineering, IT, cybersecurity or public safety.
• Certifications such as CISM, CISSP, CISA, CEH or Security+ preferred.
• Experience with FedRAMP, GovRAMP or CMMC and federal/state procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed vertical sales quotas consistently.
• Target new logos and lead complex sales to strategic accounts.
• Forecast revenue with Salesforce hygiene and regional visibility.
• Design security solutions aligned to client business goals.
• Demonstrate sophisticated product capabilities and use cases.
• Cultivate executive-level relationships and source opportunities.
• Collaborate with delivery teams and partners to secure future business.
