Job summary

Reco is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth in its business development and sales initiatives. You’ll shape sales strategies, influence company direction, and execute tactically as a key member of the core team.

You’ll manage end-to-end sales cycles across the US market, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help hit revenue targets while delivering customer value and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Multiple years of cybersecurity B2B direct sales experience.
• Proven ability to build a sales pipeline and close deals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Team player with a proactive, challenge-loving attitude.
• Located in or willing to work remote from the US, preferably near Denver.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and nurture long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with BDR, Marketing, Product Marketing, and Product Management.
• Maintain and forecast a healthy sales pipeline to hit revenue targets.
• Represent the voice of the customer to influence product decisions.
