Job summary

Recorded Future is seeking a Technical Account Manager to own success at our largest accounts, partnering with stakeholders across security, SOC, and executive teams to operationalize our modules and services.

This is a remote role with a preference for Pacific/Mountain time zones. Candidates should have 5+ years in analytical/consulting or information security with enterprise clients and strong executive communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytical or consulting roles or information security with enterprise clients.
• Senior level competency in Recorded Future modules and use cases.
• Experience delivering Advisory Services engagements including PIR, Threat Modeling/Profiling, and Advanced Workflow.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise customer engagement and enablement across projects and support issues and escalations.
• Plan and manage the customer success lifecycle to meet security requirements.
• Deliver core projects around intelligence priorities, configuration, tuning, and training.
• Design and coordinate advisory services engagements.
• Develop strategic success plans to mature information security programs.
• Define, track, and communicate value to executives.
• Be the voice of the customer for the product team.
• Maintain updates in Zendesk, Gainsight, JIRA with outcomes and plans.
• Solve problems using data and technology to achieve outcomes.
