Relay is hiring an Enterprise Customer Success Manager (Hunter) to lead strategic, site-level deployments for top accounts. You will own the 0-to-1 phase of enterprise revenue, translating frontline realities into ROI narratives for senior leadership.

This role requires deep stakeholder mapping, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to drive early success across multiple sites. Based in Raleigh, NC with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office) and travel up to 40%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales for complex multi-site accounts.
• Ability to map stakeholders from frontline to C-suite and translate needs.
• Strong communicator with the capacity to explain ROI to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end site deployments for named accounts and ensure Time-to-Value.
• Map and engage key stakeholders to unlock expansion opportunities.
• Drive early wins at 1–2 locations to enable broader account growth.
• Advocate across tech, product, and solutions teams to align roadmaps with field insights.
• Be proactive in field engagements and travel as needed.
• Manage post-conversion success and handoffs to scale Enterprise deals.
