Job summary

Connecteam is hiring a Strategic Customer Success Manager for the US market. This fully remote role focuses on managing Enterprise and Strategic accounts, fostering executive-level relationships, and driving retention and expansion across the customer base.

You will apply a consultative, data-driven approach, partnering with sales and Marketing to realize value and promote advocacy. The role requires coordinating across time zones and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting.
• Experience managing Enterprise/Strategic accounts (ACV of $100K+) – MUST.
• Proven ability to engage with and influence senior executives (VP, C-Level).
• Track record of driving expansion within a customer portfolio.
• Analytical mindset with experience leveraging customer data for decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic success plans aligned with customers’ objectives.
• Engage with C-level executives, IT teams, and operational leaders to drive adoption.
• Partner with customers to solve challenges and maximize platform value.
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales on upsells/cross-sells.
• Use analytics to identify risks and opportunities and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop customer success stories and case studies.
• Serve as the primary escalation point and coordinate cross-functional resolution.
