Job summary

VTG MOBILE - BUSINESS SERVICES in Carlsbad seeks a results-driven B2B sales professional to build and manage a book of accounts from small to enterprise clients. You’ll identify decision makers, initiate contact by phone, email, and video, and tailor solutions across failover, primary cellular, and multi-site services.

This on-site role offers uncapped commissions, activation and monthly residuals, and a clear path to long-term earnings.

Qualifications

• One or more years of B2B sales experience.
• Comfort initiating contact with owners, operations managers, and IT decision makers by phone, email, and video.
• Self-directed with ability to build a book of accounts.
• Ability to discuss technical solutions with non-technical audiences.
• On-site in Carlsbad, five days a week.
• Degree not required; industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage your own book of accounts; research prospects and initiate contact.
• Conduct discovery to identify operational and financial costs of outages.
• Qualify coverage and design the solution with support from our technical team.
• Present, negotiate, and close by phone, email, and video for multi-site deals.
• Manage the account through deployment and first thirty days in service.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of activity, opportunities, and pipeline.
