Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Customer Solutions Manager (CSM) to join our global Strategic Industries team. You will guide AWS customers along their multi-year cloud journey, ensuring that all AWS teams work together to deliver outcomes for the customer.

You will interface with customer and AWS leadership, coordinating across Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture, and Professional Services to plan and support major workload migrations, with 15%–30% travel expected.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate AWS adoption through delivery and execution.
• Identify and align on strategic opportunities with the Customer Account team.
• Serve as the customer's cloud journey coach and voice of the customer within AWS.
• Implement governance structures for the partnership and customer adoption of AWS.
