Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Customer Solutions Manager to drive the customer cloud journey, designing and executing migrations to the AWS cloud and building modern cloud-native solutions with cross-functional teams including sales, solution architecture, enterprise support, and partners.

You will lead initiatives across IT and business units, capture success criteria, and establish governance to deliver measurable outcomes while thriving in an entrepreneurial, customer-centric environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading large-scale technical or engineering programs with thought leadership and successful delivery.
• 3+ years in enterprise IT, vendor/consultant roles or managing technical programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or related field.
• Experience in customer-facing roles.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Execute a near-, mid-, and long-term cloud transformation strategy with the customer and AWS teams.
• Demonstrate excellent customer engagement skills and build long-term relationships.
• Maintain broad knowledge of existing and emerging technologies to unlock opportunities for customers.
• Accelerate customer adoption through education and enablement.
• Collaborate with customers to identify high-impact AWS use cases and best-practice implementations.
• Coordinate with customers, AWS, and partners to accelerate the cloud journey.
• Be a thought leader and mentor junior CSMs across Amazon.
