Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. in Arlington, VA seeks a Technical Account Manager to serve as the principal technical advisor to Enterprise customers, helping craft and execute strategies to adopt AWS services such as EC2, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront, and Gen/AI.

The TAM will work with executives, coordinate with engineers, and travel up to 10% to ensure customers remain operationally healthy and receive best-in-class guidance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience troubleshooting for compute/storage/networking/CDN/databases/DevOps/big data and analytics/security/applications development in a distributed systems environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as principal technical advisor and voice of the customer to Enterprise customers.
• Collaborate with engineers and service teams to drive adoption of AWS services and see issues through to resolution.
