Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) for AWS Enterprise Support to act as the principal technical advisor and voice of the customer to organizations from startups to Fortune 500.

You will work with engineers to resolve issues and shape strategic adoption of AWS services across Compute, Storage, Database, and more. The TAM helps customers achieve operational health and resilience, communicate with senior leadership, and travel 10% or more as needed.

Qualifications

3+ years of technical engineering experience.
Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for multiple cloud domains.
Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

Serve as principal technical advisor and voice of the customer to organizations from startups to Fortune 500.
Collaborate with engineers and service teams to see issues through to resolution and craft strategic adoption plans.
Drive discussions with senior leadership on incidents, trade-offs, support and risk management.
