Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) in Enterprise Support to act as the principal technical advisor and voice of the customer for Media & Entertainment Enterprise-level customers.

You will help craft and execute strategies to drive adoption of AWS services across multiple technology domains. This role emphasizes back-end and frontend services collaboration, strategic guidance, and proactive problem resolution with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for AWS services and distributed systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or related discipline with 2+ years of related work experience or 4+ years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal technical advisor to Fortune 500 enterprises across AWS services.
• Drive customer adoption and use of AWS services (EC2, S3, SageMaker, Bedrock, DynamoDB, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront, etc.).
• Travel 10% or more as needed to engage with customers and partners.
