Amazon Web Services is seeking a Cloud Technical Account Manager (TAM) in Dallas, TX to serve Enterprise-level Media & Entertainment customers. You will be the principal technical advisor, guiding architecture, operations, and risk management, and work with engineers to drive adoption of AWS services.

You will travel ~10%+, engage with senior leadership, and help customers plan resilient, best-practice solutions across EC2, S3, SageMaker, DynamoDB, and more.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical engineering experience in distributed systems.
• Experience with operational parameters and troubleshooting in cloud environments.
• Strong oral and written communication, especially with executives.
