Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical engineering experience.
• Experience with troubleshooting operational parameters across compute/storage/networking/CDN/databases/DevOps/big data in distributed systems.
• Experience with AWS services or other cloud offerings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers and service teams to drive customer adoption of AWS services.
• Provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to ensure customer environments are healthy and well-architected.
