Amazon in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Principal Customer Solutions Manager for the US Enterprise segment. You will lead the most strategic customer engagements across enterprise-wide initiatives, translating complex cloud and AI concepts into actionable plans that deliver measurable business value.
You will collaborate with senior executives, shape long-term cloud strategy, and mentor distributed teams while driving adoption, migration, and modernization at scale.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in senior customer facing roles
- 15+ years leading large IT/engineering programs
- Experience with cloud technologies
- Senior-level engagement with executives
- Proven ability to drive complex initiatives to results
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide customer engagements within US Enterprise
- Advise senior executives, shaping long-term cloud/AI strategy
- Orchestrate large, complex workload portfolios and align priorities
- Translate complex tech into clear recommendations for large enterprises
- Guide customers through cloud adoption, migration and modernization
- Architect scaling practices to improve efficiency
- Develop and mentor team members across organizations
