Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Manager to lead enterprise clinical policy, workflow standardization, and AI-enabled Epic assessments. You will coordinate clinical operations, Quality & Safety, and enterprise leadership to ensure policy clarity and safe healthcare delivery.

The role focuses on policy design, workflow alignment, and cross-functional collaboration, with opportunities to influence enterprise governance and patient safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of related clinical informatics, enterprise policy, Quality & Safety, patient safety, or healthcare technology assessment experience is required.
• Clinician is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own the development, maintenance, governance, and implementation of enterprise clinical workflow policies and standards.
• Translate clinical, operational, and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable EHR-enabled policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across care settings during policy development and maintenance to ensure content is accurate and applicable.
• Partner with clinical, operational, informatics, and Epic stakeholders to support workflow standardization and ensure policies reflect approved workflows.
• Lead enterprise-wide clinical assessment of AI-enabled Epic capabilities and ambient documentation tools.
• Executive-level reporting: deliver concise updates to leadership on status, risks, and decisions.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Master's degree preferred
