Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Manager to lead enterprise clinical policy development and workflow standardization within an Epic-based environment. You will coordinate clinical informatics, Quality & Safety, and Audit teams to ensure policy alignment with enterprise standards and patient safety priorities.

The role emphasizes evaluating AI-enabled Epic tools, establishing evaluation frameworks, and partnering with stakeholders to drive adoption and governance across care settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of related clinical informatics, enterprise policy, Quality & Safety, patient safety, or healthcare technology assessment experience is required.
• Clinician is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide clinical assessment of AI-enabled Epic capabilities and related technology platforms.
• Define and apply a consistent evaluation framework addressing safety, quality, and operational impact.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across care settings to align policy, audit, and technology execution.
• Provide executive-ready updates on status, risks, and decisions needed.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Master's degree preferred
