Meltwater is seeking a Client Support Specialist to partner with the Program Manager and Sales, ensuring enterprise client requirements are met and driving adoption of best practices. You will build governance, create dashboards, and translate insights into client-ready recommendations across a global delivery model.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, strong English communication, and the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives in a hybrid office environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 3+ years in B2B client support
• Experience translating data insights to clear recommendations
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Familiarity with SaaS environments and enterprise deployments
• Ability to work in a hybrid in-office schedule (3 days/week)

Aufgaben

• Manage a portfolio of Enterprise Premium Support clients
• Coordinate with Managed Services, Product Support, and Sales to fulfill requests
• Oversee completion of customer scope of work
• Create blueprints for Searches and Dashboards
• Architect global project structures using Boolean logic
• Support account analysis, case management, and insights generation
• Translate complex data into actionable recommendations
• Maintain governance documentation for each client
• Monitor support consumption and provide insights to CSE/PM
• Collaborate with Customer Success Executive & Program Manager
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and align scope across stakeholders
• Prioritize multiple initiatives across a global portfolio
• Understand customer strategies and success metrics
• Collaborate in a global delivery model across regions
• Act as product expert within account team
• Deliver demos and client training
• Showcase platform capabilities and use cases
