Meltwater is seeking a Client Support Specialist in Atlanta to join our Premiums Support portfolio. You will collaborate with the Program Manager and Sales to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled and advocate for best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field with 3+ years in B2B client support (SaaS preferred).
• Experience communicating, presenting, and influencing across organizational levels.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and curiosity to stay updated.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Enterprise Premium Support clients.
• Oversee completion of customer scopes of work.
• Create dashboards and blueprints to address client requirements.
• Apply Boolean logic and data structuring to support global account analysis.
• Translate data and findings into actionable recommendations for clients and internal teams.
• Maintain governance documentation for each client and ensure scalable delivery.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success Executive, Program Manager, and cross-functional teams.
