Job summary
Meltwater is seeking a Premium Support Program Manager to drive activation and fulfillment of our five Premium Support pillars. You will manage an Enterprise Premium Support portfolio and work with accounts teams to translate high-level requirements into actionable projects.
Join Meltwater in a hybrid role (office 3 days/week) and help optimize the Premium Support client journey while delivering measurable impact for clients and the business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, or Communication.
- 4 years of SaaS experience with cross-departmental exposure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Strong analytical and data structuring abilities.
- Ability to adapt to shifting project objectives in enterprise settings.
Responsibilities
- Drive execution of programs that meet client strategic objectives.
- Manage a portfolio of Enterprise Premium Support clients.
- Cultivate enduring client relationships.
- Monitor consumption, analyze themes, and provide insights to CSMs.
- Lead activations and address feedback to boost client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Premium Support teams to align on a five-pillar vision.
- Foster cross-team collaboration to ensure high-quality delivery.
