Job summary

Staffmark Group seeks an IHT Enterprise Client Success professional to serve as the primary local liaison between Staffmark Group and national account clients. You will bridge strategic goals with local operating excellence, ensuring service delivery, workforce compliance and a high-quality experience for clients and placed associates.

• Strong client relationship management and on-site engagement.
• Forecasting input and collaboration with clients on staffing needs.
• Identify and share sales leads from candidate pool with the sales team.
• Partner with Recruiting to ensure timely, quality delivery against headcount requirements.
• Monitor attendance, performance and retention; apply corrective actions as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular on-site visits and proactive communication.
• Participate in forecasting meetings with clients to identify current and future staffing needs.
• Identify and share sales leads from candidate pool with the sales team.
