Job summary

Thomson Reuters seeks a senior sales professional to drive retention and renewals with enterprise customers in a hybrid US-based role. You will consult to understand client goals, propose tailored AI-enabled tax and accounting solutions, and navigate high‑complexity deals with proactive outreach.

You will collaborate across product areas, maintain strong client relationships, and leverage Salesforce workflows to close deals while contributing to territory growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of consultative sales experience, specifically working with Enterprise level accounts

Responsibilities

• Retain and renew existing customers to hit renewal targets
• Consult with customers to understand needs and propose solutions
• Handle higher complexity deals with proactive outbound engagement
• Identify best virtual channel for customer engagement
• Validate needs, shape product plans and drive deals to close
• Address cancellations/concerns and align value to cost, negotiate
• Develop and execute territory growth strategies
• Know products across subsegment and engage specialists to close
• Use Salesforce workflow to progress deals with insights
