Qualifications
10+ years of enterprise technology sales or account leadership with multi-million revenue targets
2+ years in a Client Director/Strategic Account Executive role
Direct experience in IT Service Management or Digital Employee Experience
Proven success engaging at CIO/CHRO level and other C-suite stakeholders
Responsibilities
Build and deepen multi-level executive relationships within assigned marquee accounts
Drive license expansion, services adoption, and renewal excellence
Partner with clients to create an outcomes-driven roadmap aligning Nexthink's platform to priorities
Lead virtual teams across functions to deliver exceptional client experiences
Coordinate global resources to ensure consistent, high-impact engagement
Own the book of business with clear accountability for revenue targets
