Job summary

Nexthink is seeking a Solution Consulting Manager to lead a team of 6-10 Solution Consultants in the US, partnering with Sales to craft value propositions for executive and technical audiences within enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities include coaching, cross-functional collaboration with Sales, PS, Product, and Engineering, and driving pre-sales strategy to maximize revenue and win rate.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a SaaS pre-sales role with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to partner with sales and achieve revenue targets.
• Experience introducing new technology to new markets is a plus.
• Cloud/SaaS selling knowledge and strong business acumen.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication; ability to interact with executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 6-10 Solution Consultants in the US region.
• Coach and develop the SC team and coordinate with Sales, Services, PS, Product, and Eng.
• Drive pre-sales strategy, POVs, and win themes with customers.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to prioritize motions and drive revenue.
• Contribute to forecast calls, QBRs, and cross-functional initiatives.
