Experient in Dallas-Fort Worth seeks an experienced Principal/Lead Consultant to manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts. You will act as trusted advisor, shape client roadmaps, and oversee delivery teams to ensure value and outcomes.

You will expand relationships, develop account plans, manage pipeline end-to-end and lead SOW pricing and negotiations. Hybrid work with travel as required, on-site at Experient or client sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, client services or account leadership.
• Proven track record leading enterprise client engagements and programs.
• Experience building and maintaining executive-level client relationships.

Responsabilités

• Lead a portfolio of accounts, with accountability for outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Serve as trusted advisor to client leaders, shaping roadmaps and strategies.
• Oversee delivery teams and engagement leads to ensure quality and timelines.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive account plans, including relationship maps and risk mitigation.
• Manage end-to-end pipeline from lead to close, including renewals and expansions.
