Job summary

ICW Group in San Diego leads the people-side adoption for major initiatives through a repeatable OCM methodology. The Manager, Organizational Change Management ensures readiness, engagement, and adoption metrics to sustain transformation outcomes.

The role partners with HR, Communications, and leadership to identify impacts and develop strategies for new processes, systems, roles, and structures, while coaching executives and project teams through transitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university is required; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in organizational change management or related transformation roles.
• Experience leading change management for enterprise technology, process, operating model, or business transformation initiatives.
• Experience coaching executives, sponsors, people managers, and project teams through complex organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Builds and Leads the Enterprise OCM Capability across major initiatives.
• Leads Change Strategy and Adoption Planning with partners from portfolio, architecture, delivery, HR, and communications.
• Drives Stakeholder Engagement, Communication, Training, and Readiness with executive sponsorship and governance alignment.
• Measures Adoption and Reinforces Sustained Change with adoption, readiness, utilization, and reinforcement metrics.
• Leads OCM Team Operations and Continuous Improvement, including capacity planning and artifacts maintenance.
