Job summary

Unisys is seeking an OCM Manager to develop and implement organizational change strategies ensuring successful adoption of new initiatives. You will lead comprehensive plans, assess readiness, and design communications and training to enable smooth transitions.

The role requires collaboration with program teams and leadership, measurement of outcomes, and ongoing coaching to leaders. A Bachelor’s degree and change management certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and executing strategy plans in an organizational change management context.
• Ability to lead change initiatives in a complex corporate environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR).
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Prosci certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive OCM strategies, plans, and methodologies for various projects and programs.
• Conduct change impact assessments and readiness analyses to identify potential resistance and mitigate it.
• Design and deliver communication plans, stakeholder engagement activities, and training programs to support adoption.
• Collaborate with project teams and leadership to integrate OCM into project plans.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of OCM initiatives and adjust as needed.
• Provide coaching to leaders and managers on their roles in supporting organizational change.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of OCM practices and methodologies at Unisys.
