Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is seeking a Change and Adoption Lead to guide enterprise change, enablement, adoption, and deployment strategy within the Transformation Office portfolio. The role defines credible change approaches, stakeholder engagement, readiness, and sustainment; aligning initiatives with governance and executive sponsorship.

You will lead the development of adoption measures, readiness criteria, and reinforcement plans, ensuring successful transition to business-as-usual and measurable

Qualifications

• Eight (8) years of enterprise change, adoption, readiness, deployment, or organizational transformation experience.
• Experience building change methodologies, playbooks, governance routines, and enterprise standards.
• Experience advising senior executives and sponsors on change risk, readiness, and adoption strategy.
• Experience translating business and operating-model changes into practical adoption plans; strong stakeholder engagement.
• PMI/CCMP/Prosci certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Defines enterprise change strategy, adoption, enablement, and deployment for the Transformation Office portfolio.
• Establishes standards and tools for change planning across initiatives.
• Translates priorities into stakeholder-specific change approaches supporting readiness and sustained adoption.
• Partners with executives to address governance, messaging, and deployment blockers.
• Develops leader activation strategies and feedback loops to capture field sentiment.
• Builds readiness, adoption, and sustainment measures with cross-functional teams.
