Job summary

BDO USA seeks a Change and Adoption Lead to direct enterprise change strategies across the Transformation Office. You will set how transformation is introduced, understood, adopted, and sustained, ensuring ready-to-activate plans and governance are in place.

Responsibilities include defining readiness criteria, coordinating with analytics, and guiding executive sponsors on change implications. Eight years of experience and PMP/CCMP are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, focus in business or strategy.
• Eight years of enterprise change, adoption, or transformation experience.
• Experience advising executives on change risk and adoption capacity.

Responsibilities

• Defines enterprise change, adoption, enablement, and deployment strategy.
• Establishes governance routines for change readiness and adoption risk.
• Develops leader activation strategies and stakeholder standards.
• Partners with analytics to build adoption scorecards.
• Ensures change messages are aligned to business readiness.
