Job summary

BDO USA is seeking an Enterprise Portfolio Lead who will own the integrated transformation portfolio, translating strategy into a transparent, decision-ready view to help leaders prioritize investments, balance capacity, and manage dependencies across transformation initiatives.

You will lead intake, planning, governance, and performance routines with partners across finance, analytics, technology, change, and business functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; focus in portfolio, program, project, strategy, or transformation.
• 6+ years of enterprise portfolio management or related experience.
• PMI credentials or PfMP/PgMP preferred.
• Experience with cross-functional governance and budgetary processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise intake, qualification, and governance processes.
• Lead prioritization and planning cycles for the transformation portfolio.
• Maintain integrated roadmap and manage cross-initiative dependencies.
• Support portfolio governance with decision-ready materials.
• Provide capacity planning and resource visibility.
• Analyze delivery performance and drive continuous improvement.
