Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking an experienced Change Management Director in our Management Consulting practice to lead complex enterprise transformations, drive adoption, and deliver sustainable business outcomes for executive stakeholders.

You will guide market development, client relationships, and thought leadership while mentoring teams and shaping service offerings. This role requires senior leadership, travel up to 50%, and a strong track record of delivering large-scale change programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Psychology or Communications.
• 12+ years leading organizational change, transformation, or consulting initiatives.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale transformation programs.
• Experience building client relationships and supporting business development.
• Experience leading high-performing teams in a consulting environment.
• Ability to travel up to 50% in US and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex enterprise transformation initiatives including organizational change, finance transformation, operating model redesign, shared services, business process improvement, and technology implementations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders on organizational impacts, adoption risks, and transformation strategies.
• Lead executive workshops and strategic planning sessions to align stakeholders and drive business outcomes.
• Design and implement change management strategies that maximize adoption and business value.
• Apply leading change management methodologies across client engagements.
• Oversee stakeholder engagement, communications, training, readiness assessments, and adoption measurement activities.
• Ensure delivery excellence across multiple client engagements.
• Contribute to practice growth through business development, account expansion, and relationship management activities.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities within existing and prospective clients.
• Support proposals, solution development, client presentations, and sales pursuits.
• Develop thought leadership, market presence, and service offerings that enhance the firm's change management capabilities.
• Serve as an executive relationship lead for key client engagements.
• Build, mentor, coach, and develop high-performing consulting teams.
• Support recruiting, talent development, and capability-building initiatives within the practice.
• Define and monitor adoption, readiness, engagement, and benefits realization metrics.
• Evaluate transformation outcomes and continuously improve methodologies, tools, and delivery approaches.
