Job summary

WSP USA seeks an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to drive people readiness, adoption, and sustainability across the US transformation portfolio. You will design integrated change strategies for new processes, technologies, and operating models, working with leaders to mitigate readiness risks.

The role partners with project managers, leaders, and Global OCM resources to align change activities with delivery plans, ensuring stakeholder impacts are addressed and adoption is achieved

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related discipline.
• 12+ years of organizational change management/transformation experience.
• Experience leading change for complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder, readiness, and adoption expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead change strategy, impact assessment, and readiness across multiple initiatives.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement, communications, and training activities.
• Partner with sponsors and leaders to sequence transformation efforts.
• Integrate change activities into the delivery plan with governance.
• Provide guidance and coaching to the Change and Innovation Leadership Team.
