Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Contact Center Business Development Representative to drive top-of-funnel activity for Zoom Contact Center. You will target enterprise accounts, run outbound outreach, and work with Account Executives to build pipeline.

You’ll engage with CX and IT leaders, qualify opportunities, and craft tailored messaging for C-level executives to accelerate opportunity progression. You will join a fast-growing team with strong leadership visibility and a clear path to Account Executive.

Qualifications

• Experience with contact center solutions (CCaaS) and customer experience tech.
• Excellent customer service skills and sales acumen.
• Able to collaborate with CX Specialists, Sales, ABM and geo BDRs.

Responsibilities

• Identify enterprise accounts and engage them via ABM campaigns.
• Execute 70+ outbound activities daily (calls, emails, video, LinkedIn).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft targeted campaigns.
• Qualify opportunities via discovery calls and understand contact center needs.
• Develop account-specific messaging for C-level and VP executives.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records and contribute to pipeline.
• Track performance and adjust strategies based on results.
