Job summary

Repligen Corporation seeks a Business Development Director, Integrated Solutions to drive enterprise-level solution sales across the Americas. You will develop regional go-to-market plans, nurture senior-level customer relationships, and expand adoption of integrated bioprocessing workflow solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, biotechnology, or biotech-related field.
• 10+ years in commercial/business development in biopharma, biotech, or life sciences.
• Proven success in enterprise-level solution sales from opportunity development to contract award.
• Deep understanding of bioprocessing operations (development, manufacturing, scale-up, automation, validation, GMP).
• Strong executive communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority in a matrixed environment.
• Strong business acumen including financial analysis, forecasting, deal strategy, and strategic planning.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business/value propositions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional go-to-market plans for Integrated Solutions with Sales/Marketing.
• Create regional partnership strategies with customers, integrators, and collaborators.
• Identify and close complex, high-value, enterprise opportunities for recurring revenue.
• Build relationships with senior customer executives and technical leaders.
• Position integrated bioprocessing solutions addressing workflow, productivity, and lifecycle needs.
• Lead proposal development with cross-functional teams to balance innovation and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Service, and Field Applications post-sale for smooth handover and adoption.
• Serve as liaison translating market trends into actionable solution requirements for teams.
