Repligen Corporation seeks a Business Development Director, Integrated Solutions to drive enterprise-level sales across the Americas. You will craft go-to-market plans, build senior customer relationships, and expand adoption of integrated bioprocessing workflows.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Proposal Management, and Service teams to deliver differentiated solutions that create long-term value and recurring revenue.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, life sciences, biotechnology, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in commercial or business development in biopharma, biotech, or life sciences.
• Proven track record leading enterprise-level solution sales from opportunity to contract.
• Deep understanding of bioprocessing operations and GMP environments.
• Strong executive-level communication, negotiation, and relationship management.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute regional go-to-market plans for Integrated Solutions with Sales and Marketing.
• Create regional partnership strategies with customers, system integrators, and engineers.
• Identify and close complex solution-based opportunities to drive recurring revenue.
• Build relationships with customer executives and technical leaders.
• Position end-to-end bioprocessing solutions addressing workflow, productivity, and lifecycle needs.
• Lead engagement with customers and coordinate proposals that balance innovation and business goals.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Service, and Field Applications post-sale for implementation.
• Translate market trends and customer needs into actionable solution requirements.
• Consult with customers using bioprocessing expertise to design effective solutions.
