We are seeking a Billing Manager to lead enterprise-wide billing operations, drive accuracy and timeliness, and optimize the order-to-cash cycle across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in billing leadership or 8 years with no degree and 3 years supervision.
• Experience managing high-volume or complex billing across units, customers, or locations.
• Strong understanding of billing controls, revenue concepts, and order-to-cash.
• Advanced Excel; experience with ERP/CRM systems; Deltek Vantagepoint a plus.
• Proven ability to lead teams, meet deadlines, and resolve issues.

Responsabilités

• Lead corporate billing operations including invoice prep, review, approval, submission, adjustments, and reconciliation.
• Ensure invoices are accurate, complete, timely, and aligned with contracts and pricing terms.
• Establish and monitor billing policies, calendars, SLAs, and internal controls; coach the team.
• Partner with Accounting to support close, revenue recognition, and reconciliations.
• Review metrics, aging, exceptions, and root causes of delayed or disputed invoices.
• Collaborate with Ops, Sales, Contracts, PM, and AR to resolve issues and accelerate cash.
• Maintain controls over customer data, rates, terms, tax treatment, and system access.
• Lead system enhancements, automation, and process improvements across billing.
• Prepare management reporting on billing volume, cycle time, accuracy, and risk.
