Job summary
Food Management Search, Inc. is seeking a Director of Business Development to drive new business in the greater San Francisco area. The role blends strategic selling with hands-on prospecting to win high-value accounts from Fortune 1000 clients.
Office presence is required in Pleasanton at least 3 days per week in a hybrid setup. Candidates should have 10+ years in B2B sales, a stable career history, and a track record of large deal sizes and revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 10 years of direct B2B sales experience calling on Fortune 1000 companies.
- Clear history of new business development selling professional services.
- Large volume sales experience ($250k plus per sale).
- Experience with broad range of sales cycles (three to twelve months).
- History of career stability with a maximum of 4 jobs in the last ten years.
- Compensation derived through leveraged commissions and bonuses.
- Demonstrated track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential accounts and develop an entry strategy.
- Prospect and build relationships to meet customer business objectives.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and execute solutions.
