Job summary

Neo4j seeks a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive strategic sales in the Financial Services sector within the United States. You will own territory plans, build pipelines, and close deals by showcasing graph-based data intelligence solutions for risk, AML, and fraud challenges.

You will engage CTOs and IT leaders, run multi-quarter cycles, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture large, strategic logos and expand existing relationships.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of proven enterprise software sales success in Financial Services (FSI).
• Experience managing complex sales cycles in Data Warehousing, AI/ML, or Fraud/Risk Management.
• Proven ability to build relationships with C-level stakeholders at major banks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan targeting large banking institutions and build a robust pipeline.
• Deliver compelling demos and proposals that articulate business value for complex financial ecosystems.
• Lead complex, solution-based sales cycles and expand within top banking accounts.
• Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Field Engineering to meet customer expectations.
