Job summary

Neo4j, the graph intelligence platform, is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business in the Financial Services sector across the United States. You will own end-to-end sales cycles, develop strategic territory plans, and lead executive-level engagements with Tier-1 banks to accelerate revenue growth and establish long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of proven success in enterprise software sales within the Financial Services Industry.
• Experience managing complex sales processes in Data Warehousing, AI/ML, or Fraud/Risk Management.
• Ability to build relationships with C-level stakeholders at major banks and manage long-term engagements.
• Knowledge of commercial open-source business models including on-premise and secure cloud/SaaS hybrid solutions.
• Craft and execute banking-focused sales strategies leveraging partner/Go-to-Market knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan targeting large banking institutions to build a robust pipeline.
• Deliver compelling demos and proposals that articulate business value for complex financial ecosystems.
• Position Neo4j solutions as the best fit over legacy databases and competitors.
• Lead complex sales cycles with a Land & Expand approach to grow high-value accounts.
• Manage the full sales process from prospecting to closing and secure new logos.
