Alaska Power & Telephone Company is seeking a motivated Business Account Manager in Wasilla, AK to build and maintain relationships with enterprise and wholesale customers while expanding the business customer base. The role requires strong communication, sales, and CRM skills, with about 25% travel throughout Alaska.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 2–4+ years in business sales or account management with success growing B2B accounts.
• Experience in telecommunications, internet services, or tech industries preferred.
• Strong sales, negotiation, upselling and cross-selling skills and relationship-building ability.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and strong organizational skills to manage accounts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for phone, video, and in-person engagements.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel ~25% across Alaska.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and maintain relationships with current enterprise and wholesale accounts.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to expand existing relationships.
• Grow the customer base by engaging new business clients.
• Conduct sales outreach and deliver presentations via phone, video, and in-person meetings.
• Collaborate with product and technical teams to meet customer needs.
• Maintain up-to-date records of client communications and sales opportunities in the CRM.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
