Job summary

n8n GmbH is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Lead to guide deployments for our AI orchestration platform. You will drive adoption, governance, and value realization in large-scale customer environments.

You will work with Forward Deployed Engineers, map business processes to automation opportunities, build business cases, and help customers scale automation responsibly. Travel 30–50% across Europe is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise deployments or technical customer success at a B2B software company.
• Willingness to travel 30–50% for on-site engagements across Europe.
• Excellent English communication with executive audiences.
• Ability to map business processes to automation opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer outcomes during deployments.
• Lead on-site deployments from executive kickoff to closeout.
• Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to turn problems into adopted workflows.
• Define governance, ownership, and adoption practices across teams.
• Build value cases and estimate impact for automation roadmaps.
• Identify upsell signals and collaborate with Customer Success teams.
