Zycus is seeking a Technical Account Manager to serve as the technical owner for a portfolio of enterprise customers. You will guide onboarding, manage escalations, and maintain a Technical Success Plan tailored to each account.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, and cloud operations, translate product capabilities to business outcomes, and lead risk management and operational reviews with executive stakeholders in U.S. business hours.

Formación

• 5–7 years in customer-facing technical roles (TAM/solutions consultant or equivalent).
• 3+ years supporting mission-critical enterprise SaaS apps in production.
• Hands-on ownership of complex, multi-team escalations through closure.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday) and integration patterns.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the named technical owner for a portfolio of high-value accounts with knowledge of configurations and integrations.
• Own onboarding at implementation to support and tier transitions.
• Lead end-to-end case lifecycle across the portfolio with clear ownership and deadlines.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis and act as incident commander during severity-1 events.
• Run weekly operational syncs, monthly service reviews, and quarterly business reviews with data-driven metrics.
