• Proven experience in customer-facing implementation or consulting roles within SaaS or enterprise environments.
• Strong ability to guide teams through AI change management and user adoption in ambiguous settings.
• Experience leading structured onboarding engagements and cross-functional collaboration.
• Track record of aligning stakeholders and driving measurable outcomes across complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured onboarding engagements aligning stakeholders on platform setup and success metrics.
• Document and transition implementation plans capturing prioritized workflows and risk mitigation.
• Guide customers through process mapping, workflow configuration, and user acceptance testing.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across time-bound engagements and milestones.
• Develop deployment roadmaps defining how customers scale Asana AI usage over time.
• Lead recurring check-ins to monitor workflow performance and uncover new AI opportunities.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and R&D to translate momentum into growth.
